Ingela Borggren

Ingela arrived in Bali "The Island of Gods" in 1999 as a tour guide, and has been resident in Bali since then. She is also known as Pinglan in Bali and is one of the founders of Yatratours, who offers unique spiritual excursions in Bali. '''''' For the past 15 years, she has taught yoga in various places around the world, especially at the Norwegian Sports Academy in Bali. She has various teaching capabilities - including Sivanananda, Atma Vikasa and Samayoga. She lives a spiritual life and studies and teaches Sanskrit, Vedic chanting, yoga and ceremonies. Her classes combine slow movement with a deep desire for each student to find their own healing intuition, based on love for oneself.

“I am so incredibly grateful for all the tools yoga has given me, and something I love to share. In addition, it is a privilege for me to share Bali's spiritual environment, which I call home. A magical island that I know has so much to share with the world. One thing I have learned over the years is that Bali gives you exactly what you need. The luggage home is filled with more than just things.
Bali gives us the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into what yoga is all about.
Through yoga, I want to give you the opportunity to explore this inherent stillness, both on the physical and spiritual level. Through yoga, you can gain knowledge - which I usually call essential keys - in life. With these tools, you get a more essential, healthy, playful, creative, grateful and loving presence in the relationship with oneself, others and what is happening in the environment. "
