Bali is beautifully quiet, with less traffic making it easy to visit the most amazing places.
We start the trip at a leisurely pace with 5 nights at a retreat which has its own shoreline on Bali's
east coast. Here we start the days with sun salutations on a wooden deck by the sea, and for those who
wish we can practice yoga together several times a day in a fantastic yoga hall. We can also swim,
sunbathe and rest after the flight.
Then we go to the cultural and spiritual hub of Bali, Ubud, where we sleep for 4 nights.
We”ll stay in a quiet retreat center with a lush garden, pool and its own spa. We are only 5
minutes walk from Ubud's extensive range of shops, restaurants, temples, tropical forest with monkeys
and so much more. We will also enjoy an excursion to the mountains with waterfall hiking led by our
experienced guides. Another day you'll be given the opportunity to cycle amongst rice fields and ancient
temples, far away from tourist routes; you will feel that time has stopped!
Our retreat center has its own open-air spa with views of tropical greenery and offers wonderful
treatments. Here we can also enjoy Bali's famous raw food chocolate and health restaurants.
The golden thread running through this journey are the daily yoga classes with us.
When you land at the airport, you are greeted with an invigorating coconut by a friendly taxi driver,
and until the end of the trip you can relax safely in this special retreat where everything is
included * - accommodation, food, excursions, massage treatment, and of course, all yoga.
We also environmentally compensate for your trip by planting 10 trees in the VI forest in East Africa.

Your teachers are present throughout the trip. This time it is the Swedish Ingela and the
Balinese Menik, who both live in Bali. They both have deep knowledge and extensive experience
of teaching yoga and "living yoga" as a lifestyle. They are here for you around the clock as
guides and yoga teachers. Because they live here, they can guide you to the ancient Balinese
culture. We also have a “team Bali” in the form of local guides, drivers, chefs, accommodation
staff and masseuses with whom we have worked for several years.
We always give with all our heart, offering a deep journey into the beautiful path of
yoga, but also a safe overall experience in this special place.
We welcome participants on this trip with mixed experiences of yoga. We have experience
with mixed groups where both those who are newer to yoga and those who have been practicing
yoga for 20 years feel satisfied and seen. If you are new to yoga, we recommend that you do
a little more yoga before the trip, attend some classes, optimally combining this with some
online yoga; for example via Yogobe (when registering, you can get a code to do yoga for
free for 30 days).
